• Payment Policy

Payment must be made no later than 24 hours before the course or class begins.

No spot will be reserved without confirmed payment.

Accepted payment methods: PayPal.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be notified at least 12 hours in advance; within this timeframe, classes can be rescheduled.

Classes canceled less than 12 hours before will not be refunded or rescheduled.

The "Esencial", "Fluidez" and “Viajeros” packages have a maximum usage period of 30 days.

• Attendance Policy

Punctuality is important to make full use of the class time.

Classes missed without prior notice cannot be made up.

• Materials and Resources Policy

Access to digital materials is provided for the "Esencial", "Fluidez" and “Viajeros” packages.

Sharing of materials without authorization is not allowed.

• Conduct Policy

Mutual respect is required during classes; offensive language or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the session.

Proper use of the platform and a suitable learning environment are expected.

• Privacy Policy

Personal data is used solely for educational purposes.

Recording classes is not permitted.

Information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
